Vojin Biljić

Graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law in 2002. Afterward he completed his postgraduate studies in EU Law at Nancy 2 in 2003, the same year he enrolled in doctoral studies in EU law at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.
In 2005 he was promoted to the rank of reserve second lieutenant in the Serbian Army as a participant of the 117th Class of SRO. In the same year, he passed the Bar Exam and started his own independent legal practice.
He served as a Member of Parliament, councilor, and head of the council group in the Municipality of Vracar. He was a member of the Working Group for the Implementation of the Agreement on Electoral Conditions, a member of the Republic Electoral Commission, Vice President of the Association for European Integration, President of the Commission for European Integration and Monitoring the Practice of International Courts at the Serbian Bar Association, a member of the editorial board of the professional journal Putokaz in the field of EU law, and the President of the Supervisory Board of AD DMB Auto-Kuca Rakovica.
He participated in drafting legislative text in the field of consumer, electoral, anti-corruption, and labor legislation. He has delivered lectures both domestically and internationally on competitive law, EU law, human rights, obligations law, copyright law, and consumer law.
He fluently speaks English and Italian language, and is a conversant in Russian, German and French language.
