Mr Milutin Dobrilović

Milutin Dobrilović was born on August 3, 1978, in Loznica, where he completed his Secondary School of Economics with excellent results. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in 2002, majoring in Finance, Banking, and Insurance, with an average grade of 9.00 (nine) during his studies and a grade of 10 (ten) on his diploma exam. He enrolled in postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in October 2002, majoring in International Management and Marketing, and achieved an average grade of 9.67 (nine 67/100) during the studies. He defended his Master’s thesis on June 23, 2010, titled “Evaluation of Business Opportunities and Development of the Business Concept for a New Entrepreneurial Venture.” Since October 2023, he has been a doctoral student at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, majoring in Business Management.

From February 2003 to July 2024, he was employed at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade as an assistant in the field of Business Economics and Management – Business Economics and Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. Since June 2011, he has held the position of Executive Director at Dvadesetprvi maj Auto House DOO Belgrade.

As a collaborator and consultant, he has participated in the implementation of a number of projects focused on financial project evaluation, development of investment studies, market research, creation of macro-organizational structures for companies, and development of local-level development strategies. In addition, he has participated as a lecturer in the implementation of several courses in the fields of entrepreneurship and management of small and medium-sized enterprises, with the most significant being training for future entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized enterprise management, financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as business plan development training. He is the author of several textbooks and scientific papers.

Milutin has been a member of the editorial board of the Scientific Journal for Contemporary Education and the Application of Information Technologies – EdTech Journal (https://edtechjournal.org/index.php/ed/kontakt ) since 2021 and continues to serve in this role, as well as a reviewer for the journal.
