Since becoming the owner of IM Consulting LTD in Belgrade in 2022, Ivana Matic has played a pivotal role in overseeing and executing comprehensive turnaround strategies for the company. She is responsible for developing the overall turnaround strategy, which involves both planning and execution milestones, ensuring that each project is completed on time and within budget. Ivana organizes and leads meetings with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and aligning objectives across all levels of the organization. She also participates in strategic discussions with the turnaround leadership team, providing input on key decisions that impact the success of each project.

One of Ivana’s key responsibilities is assisting in the development of bid packages and contractor selections, where she ensures that the right vendors are chosen to meet both quality standards and cost-efficiency goals. Her oversight extends to managing the entire turnaround process, including pre-outage planning and post-outage site restoration. This ensures that operations return to normal swiftly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruption.

Ivana plays an integral role in the development of estimates, funding documents, and ongoing cost forecasts, working diligently to maintain financial control and provide transparency to management. She also manages the change order process, effectively communicating any changes and their potential impact to stakeholders and senior management. From November 2013 until January 2015, Ivana Matic served as the Director of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in Belgrade, where she played a central role in regulating and overseeing the operations of bankruptcy administrators. During her tenure, she was responsible for issuing licenses to individuals seeking to operate as bankruptcy administrators, ensuring that only qualified professionals were authorized to manage bankruptcy cases. This responsibility was crucial in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the bankruptcy process within the legal framework.

In addition to licensing, Ivana oversaw the professional supervision of bankruptcy administrators, ensuring that their practices adhered to established legal standards and regulations. Her expertise in navigating complex bankruptcy cases ensured that the legal process was executed efficiently and in full compliance with established guidelines.

From December 2007 until May 2010, Ivana Matic served as the Director at Central European Investment Ltd. in Belgrade, where she was instrumental in the development of real estate projects, including the prominent Sava Terrace Project. In this capacity, she played a key role in overseeing project planning, execution, and strategic development. Ivana also provided expert consulting services in the preparation of detailed regulation plans for specific areas of Belgrade, contributing to the city’s urban planning and development efforts. Her leadership and expertise in both real estate development and urban planning helped ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with the region’s growth and infrastructure needs.

From May 2007 until May 2010, Ivana Matic served as the Director at Arim Trade Ltd. in Belgrade, where she was actively involved in the development of real estate projects, including the Commercial Center Airport Project. In this role, she played a key part in managing the project’s planning and execution. Ivana also provided consulting services for the preparation of detailed regulation plans for various areas of Belgrade, contributing to the city’s urban development and infrastructure planning.

From November 2004 until May 2007, Ivana Matic served as the Executive Director for Holding Company “INTERSPEED” in Belgrade, where she was instrumental in overseeing and managing several key development projects. In her role, Ivana led the Biodiesel Production Project in Vojvodina, focusing on the feasibility and implementation of growing rapeseed as a sustainable resource for biodiesel production. Her work in this area was vital in exploring alternative energy solutions and contributing to the company’s commitment to sustainability.

In addition to her work in the energy sector, Ivana managed the development of a Home for the Elderly, a project aimed at addressing the growing need for quality care for senior citizens. She was responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, from initial planning through to execution, ensuring that it met the necessary standards and provided a supportive and comfortable environment for the elderly.

Ivana was also involved in the planning and development of a High Medical Professional School; a project designed to enhance the quality of medical education and provide a strong foundation for future healthcare professionals. She worked closely with various stakeholders to ensure the project met educational and professional standards, helping to pave the way for the next generation of medical professionals.

Through her leadership at INTERSPEED, Ivana Matic demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects, each focused on making a significant impact in their respective fields—sustainability, healthcare, and education.

From April 2003 until November 2004, Ivana Matic served as the Commercial Director at Borovica Transport Ltd. in Ruma, where she was responsible for managing business operations across multiple areas. Her leadership encompassed truck transport, civil engineering, construction, the production of stone aggregates, and asphalt production. Ivana played a key role in overseeing the company’s commercial activities, ensuring efficient operations and strategic growth across these diverse sectors.

From September 1998 until April 2003, Ivana Matic served as a Deputy Director of the Main Branch SREM at DUNAV Insurance Company in Belgrade. In this role, she was responsible for organizing operations at the main office and overseeing the establishment of new business units. Ivana was also involved in the development of ISSO quality system documentation and conducted audits to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the quality management system.

From September 1998 until April 2003, Ivana Matic was a Executive Director at Dubrava Sremska Mitrovica, where she was a head of the paper and cardboard.
